Austin Mission Tanglewood taken by Landmark for $24.3M

AUSTIN – Mission Tanglewood, a 364-unit apartment community located at 2915 Aftonshire Way, was purchased on July 23, 2013, by Landmark Apartment Trust. The asset sold for $24.3 million as part of a buying spree in Texas for the REIT.

Other recent purchases in Texas include the 298-unit Landmark at Barton Creek at 1781 Spyglass Dr. in Austin for $37.5 million, and 1,390 units in DFW for $96.39 million.
