SAN ANTONIO – Out of the 107 nursing homes in the San Antonio metropolitan area, six received an overall rating of five stars from the federal Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.
The overall score is based on ratings in health inspections, nurse staffing, and measures of medical quality of care.
