Boston’s Cabot buys Roanoke, Irving industrial

ROANOKE, IRVING – Northlake Industrial Center and Towne Lake Business Park Two have been purchased by Cabot Properties.

The 506,340-sf industrial facility, 4500 Northport Dr. in Roanoke, was constructed in 2009 in the NE Tarrant/Alliance Industrial submarket and is part of the Northlake Business Center.

The 248,000-sf industrial facility located at 5111 Frye Rd. in Irving was constructed in 2008 in the Upper Great Southwest Industrial submarket and is part of the Towne Lake Business Park.

Panattoni Development Co. built both Class A properties in 2008. They are fully leased to tenants including Exel, CEVA Logistics and Falken Tire Corp.

Cabot Properties is based in Boston and has $5.2 billion in properties in North America and the U.K. The company already has more than 15.5 million sf of Dallas area real estate.
