FORT WORTH - Dollamur Sport Surfaces has leased 131,095 sf at 1743 El Paso St., the location of the former Ranch Style Beans plant near downtown.

Dollamur, a maker of sports surfaces and mats, has moved from the Village Creek area in southeast Fort Worth to their new location. The move allowed the company to consolidate three locations under one roof, completed at the end of May. The company has 80 employees working there.

The landlord, Conti Warehouses is a Fort Worth-based commercial real estate firm that bought the landmark property in March 2012 from Allens Canning Co.

The plant opened in 1913 as Great Western Foods. ConAgra acquired Ranch Style Beans in 2000. Allens Canning bought the property from ConAgra in May 2010 but closed the plant at the end of 2011.

ConAgra idled its operations there in early 2010 and moved production of Ranch Style Beans to other states.
