Katy’s Park Plaza sells for $5.7M

KATY – The 68,990-sf Park Plaza Centre, located directly behind the Grand Parkway Times Square, has been sold for $5.7 million, about $83 per sf.

Texas Pacific Properties acquired the property from Thompson National Properties.

Park Plaza delivered in 2005 and includes tenants such as Katy Cajun, That Bar and A+ Floors for U.
