GREENVILLE, HUNT COUNTY – Fritz Industries Inc. has signed a deal to open a manufacturing and office facility in the former Newell-Rubbermaid plant at 121 Shelby Ave., creating 250 jobs and $37.5 million in capital investment.

The state is providing $800,000 for the development through the Texas Enterprise Fund (TEF).

Fritz Industries manufactures products used in drilling and cementing, and stimulation fluids that are critical to the daily operations of oilfield service companies. The company’s corporate facilities are located in Mesquite, and they already have an additional manufacturing facility in Greenville.
