Autumn Leaves of West Houston to open doors

HOUSTON – Autumn Leaves of West Houston, located at 1725 Eldridge Pkwy., opens as Houston’s newest memory care facility on September 12. The 26,000-sf, 46-bed memory care community provides a home environment for those with Alzheimer’s, dementia and memory impairment.

The facility had construction costs estimated at $3.2 million, according to state filings.
