HOUSTON – GAC Energy & Marine Services LLC’s new 181,067-sf facility, located at 16200 Central Green Blvd. in the Central Green Business Park, has been completed.
The single-story building includes warehouse and distribution space together with 31,309 sf of office space, 32 truck docks with expandability up to 55 and parking for 110 vehicles. The property offers an additional three-acre outside storage area that can be utilized for storage and trailer parking.
