PALESTINE, ANDERSON COUNTY - Construction is set to begin on the 48,000-sf Windemere at Cartmell located between South Loop 256 and Cartmell Home. The project is Phase II of the Cartmell Home Continuum of Care Retirement Community.
The facility is slated to open in 2014, and will be situated on approximately five acres.
“Windermere will be a state-of-the-art assisted-living facility. Cartmell will become the first in Palestine to provide a continuum of care to its residents,” said Tim Kozik, Cartmell Home CEO.
Cartmell Home for Aged is a local, not-for-profit organization serving the Palestine community since 1956.
