The Towers to add 416 units in Conroe

CONROE – The Towers, a 416-unit apartment complex located off FM 1488, is being developed by Texas-based Western Rim Investment Advisors.

The Towers will feature 13 four-story buildings situated on 16 acres with 272 one-bedroom apartments and 144 two- to three-bedroom apartments, according to Nancy Mikeska, assistant director of Community Development for the City of Conroe.

Over the past few years, Conroe has seen the development of several upscale complexes, including The Retreat off Loop 336 near the Conroe Country Club and The Fountains off Texas 105.

“We have two more sites in the development phase as well, and one of those anticipates 800 units,” said Mikeska.
