Petroleum Geo-Services first tenant for West Memorial

HOUSTON – Skanska USA Commercial Development Inc. has its first tenant for the West Memorial Place development in the Energy Corridor and will go ahead with the project on a 12-acre site.

Norway-based Petroleum Geo-Services will call the 325,000-sf, 12-story office building its home and plans to occupy 122,000 sf in the building. The new Class A building will be connected with a nine-story parking garage.

The project is on track to deliver in first quarter 2015.

New York-based Skanska acquired the site in February 2012, which used to house the old Arco building at 15375 Memorial Dr., from affiliate of Allstate Insurance Co.
