HOUSTON - The 155,140-sf Park Ten Plaza, located at the intersection of Hwy. 6 and I-10 in Houston’s Energy Corridor, as been purchased by USAA Real Estate Co. and Alkhabeer Capital.

Developed in 1999, Park Ten Plaza is a three-story, Class A office building located on 12 acres at the and is fully leased to eight tenants.

USAA Real Estate is a subsidiary of San Antonio-based USAA.

In other USAA Real Estate news, the company has also partnered in a joint venture with Patrinely Group LLC and CDC Houston to develop a series of Class A office buildings in the Springwoods Village master-planned community.

The company has also partnered with Crimson Real Estate Fund LP to acquire eight acres in west Houston to build the new North American headquarters for TGS-Nopec Geophysical Co. The build-to-suit headquarters, on Clay Rd. near Beltway 8, will be about 97,500 sf and three stories with 408 parking spaces.
