Greystar claims Houston, SA, Dallas multifamily properties
HOUSTON – Greystar Real Estate Partners recently scooped up multiple multifamily properties in Texas as part of a national $460 million portfolio acquisition consisting of 14 apartment communities, or 4,371 units.
The company acquired six Houston properties (1,882 units), four Oklahoma City properties (1,325 units), two San Antonio properties (536 units), one Dallas property (372 units), and one Louisville property (256 units). The Texas properties included in the purchase are described in the charts below.

Inland American Real Estate Trust Inc. was the seller, and the transaction values the properties at about $105,000 per unit.
Greystar currently manages 34,700 units in Houston with eight properties.
