LUBBOCK – Texas Tech fans will see $135 million worth of additions to Jones AT&T Stadium on Saturday. One of the main changes made to the stadium included the North Endzone Project.
The upgrades include a new video board (the eighth largest of any college football stadium), the colonnade wall that faces the Marsha Sharp Fwy. and a new sound system.
Inside the bowl, fans will also see ribbon video boards, a first in Jones AT&T history. A new cellular system installed by AT&T will enhance the game day experience by providing faster, more reliable cellular service.
Renovations started at the end of the 2012-2013 season.
