Crow buys 17 acres near Cityplace

DALLAS – Trammell Crow Co. has purchased almost 17 acres of the former Affiliated Computer Services campus on N. Central Expy. just north of Haskell Ave. The property is next door to the Cityplace development and was purchased from Xerox Corp.

Crow will demolish a 15-story office tower and a smaller commercial building on the property to make way for construction of a mixed-use development. The property is zoned for a variety of uses including shops, restaurants, hotels and apartments.

The property is valued for taxes at about $11 million.
