Parmenter sells 201,720-SF Houston office

HOUSTON – The Class A, 201,720-sf office building situated at 2200 W. Loop S. has been sold by Parmenter Realty Partners.

At the time of the sale, the building had a single listed vacant space of 25,884 sf. The property was 87 percent leased when Parmenter purchased the property.

Located in close proximity to the Galleria complex, the asset is the first to be sold of the assets from Parmenter Realty Fund IV.
