El Paso’s Fountains at Farah: store openings start
EL PASO – Developers for the $70 million Fountains at Farah shopping center in East El Paso plan to start opening stores in September.
Centergy Retail will officially open the entire 600,000-sf center, located at Hawkins and I-10, in October. However, the 32,000-sf Stein Mart department store will open its Farah store September 19.
The 55-acre center will include numerous fountains and water displays, an amphitheater and a lawn area for live entertainment. It will have electric-car charging stations, and an eight-acre parking garage with more than 1,000 spaces.
The developer currently has a list of 30 stores and seven restaurants that are signed as tenants.
Centergy’s list of Farah tenants signed so far include: Nordstrom Rack, Deutsch & Deutsch jewelry store, Designer Studio, Altar’d State, Destination XL, Loft, T.J. Maxx, Dick’s Sporting Goods, HomeGoods, Jason’s Deli, Jared Jewelers, Firehouse Subs, Cavender’s, Stanton Optical, Twin Peaks, Pier 1, Carter’s, OshKosh, Rack Room Shoes, Complete Nutrition, AT&T, Barrigas, Massage Envy spa, Five Guys, Starbucks, Charlotte Russe, Chipotle, USAA financial center, GameStop, Ulta, Barnes and Noble, Best Buy, The Vitamin Shoppe, Stein Mart, Verizon Wireless, PetSmart and Walgreens.
