Lexus Plano dealership moves to Park Place

PLANO – Park Place Dealerships has opened its 170,000-sf Lexus showroom situated on 27.5 acres at 6701 N. Dallas Pkwy. The facility had an estimated construction cost of $30 million, according to state filings.

Features include

• three-story parts department with over 13,000 parts; 
• 109 service bays and 15 make-ready bays; 
• five client lounges; and 
• a guest lounge that overlooks the service shop.

After 15 expansions over the last 22 years, Park Place Lexus Plano finally outgrew its facility at Preston Rd.

“Park Place Lexus Plano opened in 1991 with 36 employees and today more than 320 people are employed by the dealership, with that number expected to rise as our business grows,” said Jordan Case, president and managing partner of Park Place Lexus.
