DALLAS – CBS Radio’s long-term lease renewal at 4131 N. Central Expy. has led to the rebranding of the 12-story office building. Once known as Fitzhugh Central, the 172,945-sf building is now being called CBS Radio Tower.
In a long-term lease renewal, CBS Radio has added more than 11,000 sf of space, much of which will accommodate a first-floor reception area and broadcast studio. Both will be adjacent to the building lobby.
The building, owned by Gaedeke Group, houses CBS Radio Dallas-Fort Worth’s six local radio stations as well as the Texas State Network across three floors.
