Seniors sold on Houston’s Belle

HOUSTON – Belle Vintage Park, a new 120-unit active adult community, located at 15455 Canterbury Forest Dr. in Northwest Houston, has opened its doors. The estimated cost of construction is $8 million, according to state filings.

The community, for those ages 55 and up, features one- and two-bedroom condominium homes for lease with garages and small private yards available.

The centerpiece of the community is Club Belle, a two-level private community area that features

• a fitness center;
• a full bar and kitchen area with lounges;
• a swimming pool; and
• an expansive pet park.

“We already have a number of reservations for future residents even before our official ribbon cutting ceremony and expect the community to be preleased before completion,” said Eve Hardin, Director of Marketing at Belle.
