528-Unit Bella Vida sold in Carrollton

CARROLLTON – Harbor Group International LLC (HGI) has sold the 528-unit Bella Vida at Coyote Ridge apartment community at 4253 Hunt Dr. HGI had owned the property since 2007.

Bella Vida was built in two phases in 1999 and 2001. The rental community is on 35.5 acres adjacent to the Coyote Ridge Golf Course. Units, which come in one- to four-bedroom layouts, average 1,322 sf.

The apartments were 97 percent leased at time of sale.

Denton County records show that the property was purchased by an affiliate of Pensam Capital of Miami.
