Houston Town Centre I launching 250,000-SF office

HOUSTON – Construction on Town Centre I — a ten-story, Class A, 250,000-sf office building — is set to launch September 19, 2013 at CityCentre, near the intersection of Beltway 8 and I-10. The project will be on 4.6 acres at 700 Town & Country Blvd. at Queensbury Ln.

A new 22,000-sf theater space for Country Playhouse, which has been operating at the site since 1981, is also planned.

The office building and a 1,390-car parking garage will have construction costs estimated at $43.88 million, and the theater will have construction costs estimated at $5.79 million, according to state filings.

The project is the cornerstone of the future 350,000-sf Town Centre complex, developed by Moody Rambin.

The entire complex is part of CityCentre at 800 Town and Country Blvd.
