Carroll expands Houston buys with 366-unit Lakeview Lofts

CYPRESS – Carroll Organization has acquired the 366-unit Lakeview Lofts, located at 17807 Lakecrest View Dr., from the multifamily property’s builder TLMF 1 LP.

Located in the Towne Lake master-planned community, Lakeview Lofts is 93 percent occupied. The property will be rebranded under the ARIUM name. The Harris Central Appraisal District assessed the multifamily property at $32 million.

This investment expands the Carroll’s Houston portfolio, now valued in excess of $325 million, and totaling nine properties with more than 3,000 units.
