IRVING - Investor GI Partners has bought the Class A, 620,000-sf, three-building Regent Commons office complex on Regent Blvd. south of LBJ Fwy. in Las Colinas.
That’s the same office campus where State Farm Insurance leased 400,000 sf of office space in 2012.
The Commons is composed of three LEED-certified office properties situated on a 52-acre campus in the DFW Freeport/Coppell submarket, fronting Interstate 635 at 3950, 4000 and 4050 Regent Blvd., according to CoStar.
Brookfield Asset Management sold the asset, just over a year after it acquired the properties. The project was built in 2006 as a campus for Citicorp, which still leases part of the facilities.
