GEORGETOWN – The 63,000-sf Legacy at Georgetown is open. The new assisted-living and memory-care facility is located on 4.5 acres at 4907 Williams Dr. The estimated cost of construction only was $7 million, according to state filings.
The property is situated adjacent to Scott and White Georgetown Clinic.
The Legacy at Georgetown contains 158 total beds, with 116 devoted to assisted living and the other 42 to memory care. The facility is located at the front entrance of Del Webb’s Sun City.
PinPoint and Thrive also recently completed construction on The Legacy at Bear Creek in Keller.
