ARLINGTON – The 216,368-sf Plaza at the Parks has been sold by Hunt Properties. The 85 percent leased retail property sits adjacent to the 1.5 million-sf Parks at Arlington Mall, a super-regional mall anchored by Macy’s, Dillard’s, JCPenney, AMC Theaters, Dick’s Sporting Goods and Nordstrom Rack.
The Parks is 85 percent leased and includes tenants Michaels, Sam Moon, Dress Barn, Chair King, Shoe Dept. and Sun & Ski Sports.
