Nature’s Best family grows in Flower Mound

FLOWER MOUND – Nature’s Best has added 154,000 sf to its long-term commitment at 101 Enterprise Dr. The company now leases a total of 462,000 sf in the building.

The company expanded its lease two years after opening the distribution center to accommodate its significant growth. The distribution center, owned by Clarion Partners, is LEED Gold-certified.

Nature’s Best received at economic incentive from the Town of Flower Mound for its original $3 million investment in the property.

Flower Mound originally won out over other options due to its proximity to major interstates and DFW International Airport.
