AUSTIN – The Solano Apartment Homes and the Capella Apartment Homes were purchased by Avesta Communities for $38 million. The properties were 91 percent occupied at the time of sale.
The 318,408-sf Solano Apartment Homes, located at 8800 N. I-35, consists of 504 rental units.
The 204,114-sf Capella Apartment Homes, located at 8900 N I-35, contains 336 units.
The complexes are both located in the North submarket and the units are split between one- and two-bedroom units, as well as efficiencies.
