LEAGUE CITY – The 194,736-sf League City Towne Center, located on 8.7 acres at the intersection of I-45 and FM 646, was sold by Property Commerce of Houston to Excel Trust Inc. for $39.5 million.
The 100 percent-leased property was completed in 2008. Galveston County appraises the retail property at close to $9 million.
Tenants include Ross Dress for Less, TJ Maxx, Michaels and PetSmart. Shadow anchors (not included in the sale) include Super Target and Home Depot.
