450,000-SF Noble Energy Center Two underway in Houston

HOUSTON – Noble Energy Center Two, a 20-story, 450,000-sf office structure is underway within Houston’s northwest submarket at 1001 Noble Energy Way — off Louetta Rd. and Hwy. 249.

Energy Center Two will be connected via skybridge to Energy Center One and will share amenities including a conference center, corporate cafeteria, fitness center and an on-site laundry center. Completion of Energy Center Two is set for mid-2015.

Noble Energy began moving about 750 of its employees from its Greenspoint office to Energy Center One earlier in 2013. When the second phase is complete and occupied, Noble Energy will have close to 1 million sf of office space on its campus for 1,600 employees.

Its sister building, Noble Energy Center One is a ten-story, 497,000-sf office structure and is adjacent to the groundbreaking project.
