HOUSTON – The 87-unit, 46,716-sf Holiday Inn Express & Suites at 9120 West Rd. has been sold to Pathfinder Development for $8.7 million, or $100,000 per room.
The hotel was constructed in 2009 and sits on 2.1 acres in the Northwest Houston submarket.
Pathfinder Development is an Austin-based hospitality management and development company.
