LONGVIEW – The 77,404-sf Amberwood Place Apartments, 411 W. Hawkins Parkway, should be ready for the first residents in early 2014.

All but ten of the 78 units are reserved for affordable housing. The unadjusted basis/cost of the development is $10.97 million or $140,602 per unit.

The property features one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments. Amenities include Energy Star appliances, covered children’s playground and full-size washers and dryers.

Amberwood is spread across five buildings at the northwest corner of McCann Rd. and Hawkins Parkway.

Residents will be able to move in around the beginning of 2014.
