HOUSTON – The 20-story, 302,000-sf 3009 Post Oak tower has been sold to Post Oak Building LLC for $112 million. The sale of Skanska’s Class A tower, in the Uptown/Galleria submarket, will be recorded and settled in third quarter 2013.

Skanska leased 200,000 sf to alliantgroup, a specialty tax services firm, which will relocate its national headquarters to 3009 Post Oak from 5400 Westheimer Ct.

The building is now 92 percent leased. In addition to alliantgroup and Skanska, Becker Interests LP and Base Entertainment have signed a 12,800-sf lease to occupy half of the 12th floor. Datacert is also a tenant.
