Dallas’ McKinney Ave. makes most expensive rent list
DALLAS – Dallas’ McKinney Ave. has made it on the shortlist of most expensive office addresses in the nation, according to Jones Lang LaSalle.
With average building rents of more than $38 per sf, McKinney Ave. office costs are almost 70 percent higher than the average for the entire North Texas market.
While those Uptown rents are steep for the DFW area, McKinney Ave. rents are only the 17th highest in the nationwide comparison of prime office locations.
At the top of the ranking is a location on Sand Hill Rd. in Menlo Park, Calif., south of San Francisco with an average $110.76 per sf office rent. A Fifth Ave. address in Manhattan, N.Y., will run you more than $102 per sf.

12 | Congress Ave., Austin | $42.04 |
16 | Louisiana St., Houston | $38.82 |
