Paladin rides into $11.9M Longview luxury

LONGVIEW – The 220-unit Paladin Luxury Apartments are going up on the Hawkins Pkwy. extension between US 259 and Tryon Rd. behind Regal’s Stadium 14 movie theater.

The gated community will feature one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, with leasing scheduled to start in spring 2014.

Permits have been issued for the $11.9 million project set to be built on 13 acres. Dallas-based Portfolio Development is the project developer. BBL Builders is overseeing construction of eight, three-story buildings and clubhouse.

The tract for the project was purchased from Tyler-based Abby Development.
