Houston Rampart Center gleaming with Goodman lease

HOUSTON – Goodman Manufacturing, which manufactures heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, has signed an approximately 300,000-sf lease at Avera Companies’ 40-acre Rampart Corporate Center.

The company will soon be the largest new tenant in the master-planned industrial park located along Hwy. 290 between the 610 Loop and Beltway 8.

Other companies recently leased distribution space at the Rampart center including

• Restoration Hardware Holdings Inc., a home furnishings store, leased 131,000 sf;
• California-based Spears Manufacturing, a plastic pipe and valve manufacturer, leased around 96,000 sf; and
• Sunbelt Marketing Investment Corp., a plumbing and piping products manufacturer, leased 60,250 sf.
