COPPELL – Anna’s Linens Inc. has inked a deal to lease 263,625 sf of distribution center space at Point West VI at 400 Dividend Dr. near Belt Line Rd. and I-635 in Coppell.

The Dallas-Fort Worth distribution center will be a key regional hub and serve 100 retail stores throughout the southern United States. Anna’s Linens has more than 300 stores in 19 states in the nation.

Anna’s Linens is the latest retailer putting a large distribution center in North Texas, but it isn’t the only retailer distributing from DFW. Other retailers, such as Restoration Hardware, Amazon.com and L’Oreal, are expanding their distribution capabilities in North Texas.

The DFW market is considered one of the most centrally located submarkets in the U.S., with an international airport and a massive highway system. The market fundamentals have led to the lowest vacancy rate for industrial space in more than a decade, which has driven developers to have 10.1 million sf of new construction underway in Dallas, according to CBRE.

The lease by Anna’s Linens brings Point West VI, a nearly 1.1 million-sf industrial building to 100 percent occupancy.
