Round Rock HS $25M expansion underway

ROUND ROCK – The third phase of construction on Round Rock High School near Deepwood Dr. is underway. Phase 3, which spans 139,569 sf, includes an administration area and two academic wings with about 45 classrooms. The budget for the project is $25 million.

Phase 3 will connect to the Phase 2 portion of campus, where the new cafeteria, library, gymnasium and athletic area are located.

Construction on the project began in December 2012, with an expected completion date of August 31, 2014.
