AUSTIN – The area’s largest 25 office parks represent about 11.4 million sf, according to Cushman & Wakefield | Oxford Commercial. Half the properties making the list are located in the far northwest sector with southwest Austin a close second.
Annual lease rates range from $22 per sf to $41.50 per sf. The top five are listed.
