Richardson: $12.5M for 194-unit Mission Preston Wood

RICHARDSON – Mission Preston Wood, located at 333 Preston Wood Dr., has been purchased by Landmark Apartment Trust of America Inc. for $12.5 million.

The 194-unit apartment community was built in 1979 and is comprised of 192,191 rentable sf. The property is 94.9 percent occupied.

With the acquisition of Landmark at Preston Wood, LATA’s portfolio now boasts 14 apartment communities in DFW.
