Atlas Exploration takes 24,000 SF in Fort Worth’s Sundance

FORT WORTH – Atlas Resource Partners L.P., an oil and gas exploration and production company, has completed a lease for more than 24,000 sf of space in The Westbrook, one of Sundance Square’s newest buildings opening in November 2013.

Atlas will move into the entire third and fourth floors of the building with 13,874 sf on the third floor and 10,777 sf on the fourth floor. The Westbrook is located on the west side of the new plaza at 425 Houston St.

Sundance Square is nearing the end of construction on the new Sundance Square Plaza, which broke ground in May 2012.
