Beltway Lakes adding 540,000 SF in Northwest Houston

HOUSTON – Radler Enterprises Inc. has kicked off construction of Phase III and IV of Beltway Lakes, a 46-acre master-planned development located at Beltway 8 and Hwy. 249.

The new phases will consist of two Class A nine-story office buildings totaling 540,000 sf. Phase III is expected to deliver August 2014 and Phase IV is expected for March 2015.

Development of the first phases of Beltway Lakes began in 2008 and was completed in 2009. The development’s first two buildings have more than 325,000 sf of LEED Gold office space and are 100 percent leased to tenants such as FMC Technologies Inc., GSA, Trican Well Services and GE Oil & Gas.
