AUSTIN – Las Cimas II & III, the 313,295-sf combined office facilities, sold for $90 million. The two facilities, aquired by GLL Real Estate Partners, are located at 805 & 807 Las Cimas Pkwy.
The two properties are each four-story, Class A office facilities developed by Lincoln Property Co. The complexes are situated at the intersection of Capital of Texas Hwy. and Bee Caves Rd. in the Southwest submarket.
Current tenants within Las Cimas II & III include Whole Foods, Jones Energy and PeopleAdmin. The seller was Spear St. Capital.
