HOUSTON - There is currently 4.5 million sf of office space under construction in the Energy Corridor District, most of which will deliver within the next year to 14 months.

At the beginning of fourth quarter 2013, construction projects include the following:

•  Mac Haik Realty is developing the 429,000-sf Energy Tower Three office with Technip as the primary tenant. The developer has also started the 428,000-sf Energy Tower Four.

•  Stena/PM Realty is constructing the Woodbranch Park development, which includes a 175,000-sf office structure with Jacobs Engineering as the primary tenant.

•  Shell Oil Co. is expanding the Shell Woodcreek Campus with two 375,000-sf buildings.

•  Trammell Crow is constructing the 546,000-sf Energy Center Three office structure, with ConocoPhillips as the primary tenant. The developer also plans to break ground on the 600,000-sf Energy Center Four office building.

•  BP Americas is finishing the 110,000-sf BP communications center.

•  Skanska USA Commercial Development Inc. is building the 350,000-sf West Memorial Place office with Petroleum Geo-Services serving as the lead tenant.

•  Lincoln Properties is working on Energy Crossing II, a 327,000-sf office structure with Atwood Oceanics as the lead tenant.

•  Transwestern is moving ahead with Park 10/Westgate One, Two and Three, which total nearly 661,000 sf. Mustang/Wood Group and Subsea 7 are the lead tenants.

•  Houston Methodist is completing the 166,000-sf Methodist Medical Office building two.
