Jefferson Las Colinas underway with 386 units

IRVING – Developer TDI Real Estate has begun building a 386-unit multifamily community called Jefferson Las Colinas. The project, near the intersection of Northwest Hwy. and Las Colinas Blvd.

The apartment homes will offer one-, two- or three- bedroom floor plans ranging from 572 to more than 1,400 sf. The project is expected to be complete in late 2014.

TDI just opened a 444-unit luxury apartment community, Jefferson Creekside, in Allen.
