AUSTIN – The Pioneer Crossing that sits on 97 acres sold for $3.9 million, or about $40,000 per acre. Armed Forces Bank sold the lot that is located on E. Parmer Ln. near Dessau Rd. and in close proximity to the Samsung Austin Semiconductor building.
The lot has most of the utilities at the site and the proposed use is industrial. The details as to what the buyer will do with the land are unknown.
