The Market trades in North Austin

AUSTIN – The Market at Parmer Lane, located along MoPac Expy. and Parmer Ln., was purchased by a Texas-based private real estate fund in North Austin. The 122,349-sf property was valued at $4.4 million, according to the Travis Central Appraisal District.

The HEB Grocery Co.-anchored store was 93.3 percent leased at the time of sale. Other tenants include Radio Shack, UPS Store, Panda Express and Great Clips.

The seller was Dallas-based Lincoln Property Co. and purchased the property in 2005.
