Voilà! Saint Honoré townhome sold for $3.15M in Houston

HOUSTON – Saint Honoré, a complex of ten townhome residences, will be constructed at 1900 Revere St. in River Oaks. The residences will range from 5,000 sf to nearly 7,800 sf. Units start at $2.4 million, and one has already been sold for $3.15 million.

The $3.15 million unit has set a new high for a townhomes in the River oaks area. The four-story, 7,000-sf townhome has four bedrooms and a three-car garage, according to Sudhoff Properties.

Prior to the Saint Honoré sale, the most expensive condominium or townhome ever sold through the Multiple Listing Service was a condominium in Waterway Court in The Woodlands. That unit sold for $1.5 million in 2005, according to the Houston Association of Realtors.

Röhe & Wright is the developer in partnership with the Willis family, owner of the Urban Retreat spa that previously operated on the site. Construction is expected to start in early 2014.
