Addison’s Village on the Parkway lands new tenants with redo

ADDISON – The opening of Whole Foods Market’s new Addison store this summer kicked off the debut of the revamped Village on the Parkway shopping center at Belt Line Rd. and the Dallas North Tollway.

The 40,000-sf grocery store anchors the 381,000-sf retail center that sits on 25 acres and is being redeveloped by Lincoln Property Co. and The Retail Connection. Other new tenants to the shopping center include Sleep Experts and Zoe’s Kitchen.

Works is also underway on the new AMC movie theater.
