Sold: Plano’s 170,000-SF Preston Park shopping center

PLANO – Lionstone Group purchased the 169,842-sf Preston Park shopping center located at Park Blvd. and Preston Rd. The center is anchored by grocer Market Street. The shopping center was built in 2009, and is currently 66 percent leased.

“With the upscale grocery anchor and the strong surrounding neighborhoods, we believe this extremely well located retail center hasn’t yet reached its full potential,” said Glenn Lowenstein, Lionstone chief investment officer.
